“The organization follows the conflict of interest policy of a related organization, uma education, inc. The organization maintains a conflict of interest policy to protect the integrity of the organization, including as it relates to any transaction that might benefit the private interest of an officer or trustee of the organization. All trustees and officers are covered under the policy.
