“Members of the corporation shall be those people who apply for membership, pay dues on a schedule set or approved by the board, subscribe to the principles of the corporation, and meet any other criteria set by the board or by the membership. Membership shall be for a minimum of one (1) year, with dues payable annually or for the duration of the membership period.
