The corporation paid a management fee equal to 7.13% of rent collected to community & senior services of johnston county. The expense charged to operations for the year ended december 31, 2013 for the management fee amounted to 36,878. The corporation also reimburses community & senior services of johnston county front line accounting and administrative expenses. This reimbursement amounted to 44,354 for the same period. In addition, community & senior services of johnston county is providing maintenance for grounds, building, and equipment through the use of individuals with the salary and related expenses being reimbursed by the corporation. The amount paid by the corporation to community & senior services of johnston county for this period for these employees was 26,489.
