“Relentless dragon boat association (rdba) was formed in 2010 for the purpose of qualifying and operating as a domestic non-profit corporation to carry on activities of a qualified amateur sports organization, fostering national sports competition and developing amateur athletes for national sports competition. As a nonprofit organization, rdba seeks to engage and educate the community in the sport of dragon boating along the delaware river, while fostering a dynamic, uncompromising and persistent commitment to physical fitness, teamwork, camaraderie, and community service.”
