The organization's purpose is to improve, promote, and develop the limousin breed of cattle. It is an organization where limousin breeders and promoters can join together for mutual assistance and to establish a better market for limousin cattle.the association will promote the limousin breed by sponsoring shows, sales and workshops pertinent to the industry. It works in conjunction with the north american limousin foundation and the oklahoma limousin breeders association to promote the limousin breed.
