Our mission is to unite a community in the fight against breast cancer. Through fundraising efforts, our goal is to fund breast cancer research, provide education and to empower and assist breast cancer victims and their families.

The organization had one class of members who elect the board of directors of the organization which comprise the governing body who manage the property, affairs and activities of the organization.

The organization's board of directors has assigned the duty of reviewing the annual 990 to the standing executive committee. The 990 is prepared by the organizations accounting firm working closely with the treasurer. Copies of the completed return are provided to the executive committee for review and upon approval by the executive committee, copies of the 990 form are provided to all board of directors members before the return is filed with the internal revenue service.

All board of directors and officers are required to complete a conflict of interest statement of disclosure annually which reqqires the individual to sign that they have read and understand the organizations conflict of interest policy. The completed annual conflict of interest disclosure statements are reviewed by the executive committee of the organization.
