“Indycog's mission is to promote bicycling as a safe and viable means of transportation and recreation in indianapolis. Indycog envisions bicycling as a preferred mode of transportation and recreation in the city of indianapolis. Our collaborations with local businessess, nonprofit organizations and local government create a network of bicycle infrastructure that is safe, convenient and enjoyable for the whole community.”

“We use our limited resources to focus on programs that will get more butts on bikes and make our roads and neighborhoods safer for every child, woman and man in indianapolis. These programs range from bicycle maps to bicycle parking and from building bicycle buckets (panniers) out of old kitty litter buckets to educating the residents of central indiana on how to safely coexist on our roadways. Our programs include bike bucket workshops, indy ride guide, neighborhood bicycle planning summits, rack 'em up and riders in the know.”
