Executive Offices (Mayor's Anti-Bullying Initiative) - To solicit and accept funds to launch an anti- bullying campaign in middle and high schools in the City. Executive Offices (Mayor's Neighborhood & Community Summit & Leadership Training) - To provide workshops and a forum for neighborhood and community volunteers. Executive Offices (Mayor's Veteran Advisory Council) - To solicit and accept funds to promote and conduct operations and events to recognize the services of veterans who reside in the City and surrounding areas and to offer assistance as may be needed. Executive Offices (Orlando Cares) - To solicit and accept funds to improve youth literacy and increase community safety. Executive Offices (Orlando Mayor's Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Commission) - To solicit and accept funds to promote the celebration of Dr. King's legacy of equality, justice, freedom, peace, and harmony for all races and cultures in Greater Orlando by distributing funds to nonprofit organizations and groups. Funds are also used for the Humanitarian Awards Recognition Program. Humanitarian awards are given to one student at each of the middle and high schools in Orange County. Executive Offices (Placemaking Orlando) - To implement various projects that enhance the lives of residents by creating memorable shared experiences that unite the community and instill civic pride while improving the overall quality of the City. Activities include promotion and development of the arts, fostering the development of community appreciation, promotion of civic pride, educational purposes and improvement of public spaces within the City. Executive Offices (See Art Orlando) - To solicit and accept funds to commission and install art in public places within the City. Executive Offices (The Garden) - To solicit and accept funds to improve youth education and increase community safety by mobilizing citizens as volunteers and providing students with a constructive, educational after-school program whereby students connect with nature and learn about healthy food and applicable careers in science and agriculture. Executive Offices (Women's History Month) - To provide resources, educational events and networking opportunities to women in Orlando while encouraging careers in STEM. An annual Women in History event sponsored by the City of Orlando will be held during Women's History Month. The project will solicit funds from the community through monetary and in-kind donations and sponsorships.

Office of Business and Financial Services (Dubsdread Golf Centennial) - To expand opportunities for youth and non-traditional populations to explore and participate in golf by raising funds to provide youth golf equipment, supplies, and aids at low- or no-cost. Office of Business and Financial Services (Help Homeless) - To solicit and accept funds to be used towards providing housing to veterans and chronic homeless. Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization is a not-for-profit corporation exempt from income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and is classified by the internal revenue service as other than a private foundation. Therefore, no provision for income taxes has been included in the accompanying financial statements. Management analyzed its various federal and state filing positions and believes that its income tax filing positions and deductions are well documented and supported. Additionally, management believes that no accruals for tax liabilities related to uncertain income tax positions are required. Therefore, no reserves for uncertain tax positions have been recorded. There have been no increases or decreases in unrecognized tax benefits for current or prior years. Further, no interest or penalties have been included since no reserves were recorded and no significant increases or decreases are expected to occur within the next 12 months. When applicable, interest and penalties will be reported as income tax expense.

Executive Offices (Women's History Month) - To provide resources, educational events and networking opportunities to women in Orlando while encouraging careers in STEM. An annual Women in History event sponsored by the City of Orlando will be held during Women's History Month.
