“The Form 990 was prepared by an independent CPA firm, reviewed in detail by the finance team, and then emailed to the Board of Directors for their review before it was filed with the IRS.”

“Independent board members and corporate officers are responsible for monitoring the policy on a regular and consistent basis, and determining whether any conflicts exist. The organization requires all officers and board members to annually complete and sign a conflict of interest questionnaire. Those signed questionnaires are reviewed by the Executive Committee, consisting of the President, Board Chair and one Board Member. Should a conflict of interest exist, the interested parties are required to recuse themselves from the decision making process, and any board vote that follows.”

“Budget and salary schedules are reviewed annually by the independent Board, and subsequently approved. Comparability data is used in determination of officer salary when an individual is first hired. Raises are not typically given, however, they would be substantiated with comparability data should they occur. IRS990/Desc0Our main efforts are to start movements which transform whole communities. We have over 79 teams which focus in difficult areas of the world to accomplish this mission. At least 7,785 churches were started this last year plus about 5,685 other groups moving toward becoming churches. These results have taken place in many parts of Asia and North Africa and the Middle East. These congregations help feed the poor, help those who are less fortunate and generally work to improve economies, moral life and spiritual life. We estimate that over 140,000 people heard the Gospel through the combined efforts of our people and the people they trained. Possibly over 90,000 people made a commitment to serve Jesus Christ and their community.

The training, teaching, modeling/coaching and materials in ways to transform communities are provided for formal and informal as well as private and institutional training. Overseeing trainings of those networks and provisions of materials are a vital aspect of our worker's ministries. Formal training in strategy teams and church planting resulted in at least 1,500 being trained, both from within our organization and also our workers' networks. Workers who are related to educational institutions, or institutions that need educators to train their workers and constituency, play an important role within the organization. Our combined services including providing workshops; marriage enrichment retreats; training for relief, development and medical services; coaching training and follow-up sessions; Bible institutes/universities/seminaries; equipping for networks and agencies.

These efforts included support for teams doing livelihood training, agricultural training, and literacy training. In some key areas, rehabilitative services included help to people (and their families) suffering physical disabilities, or affected by leprosy or HIV/AIDS. In addition, medical consultations and equipping plus childbirth and CPR/First AID training has been provided to numerous people.
