“Entri completed an effort to identify and marshal resources to support american subnational participation in international cooperation on climate change during a period when t.s. National-level leadership was diminished. Entri completed a white paper that assessed the current lay of the land (issues, stakeholders, local capacity, etc.) and made recommendations for plausible strategies for poland to reduce coal dependence and transition to a clean energy economy.”
