Mission

Ccqc implemented health data analysis and education projects in montana and california to identify health care utilization attributable to provider and health system failures to deliver safe, effective, and coordinated health care services to state, county, municipal, and private sector health plan beneficiaries. We analyzed data, prepared reports, and participated in numerous information meetings and educational presentations with purchasers, unions, health plan members, and advocates involved in diabetes and asthma-related health education and improvement projects.
