The Form 990 is made available to all board members after filing if requested. The Treasurer provides reports on the financial condition of the Corporation on a monthly basis to be used by the Board.

Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

An interested person must disclose the existence of a potential conflict of interest and be given the opportunity to disclose all material facts to the directors considering the proposed transaction. After disclosure of the financial interest and all material facts and after any discussion with the interested person he she shall leave the governing board meeting while the determination of a conflict of interest is discussed and voted upon. The remaining board members shall decide if a conflict of interest exists. If after hearing the member's response and after making further investigation as warranted by the circumstances the governing board determines the member has failed to disclose an actual or possible conflict of interest it shall take appropriate disciplinary and corrective action.
