The rules governing uncertainty in income taxes for nonpublic enterprises require additional disclosures for situations, if any, where the corporation's tax positions are considered uncertain. This did not have a material effect on the corporation's results of operations or financial position. Income tax returns filed by the corporation are subject to examination by the irs for a period of three years. There are no examinations currently in progress.
