The organization has contracted with elderly housing management to provide property management services for the apartment building. All employees are employees of elderly housing management. Salaries on the 990 represent reimbursements to ehm for employees who work on-site at the organizations apartment facility. Ehm provides all management, accounting, and maintenance services related to the property.
