Accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America requires the Projects management to evaluate tax positions taken by the Project and to recognize a tax liability or asset if the Project has taken an uncertain tax position that will more likely-than-not be sustained upon examination by taxing authorities. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the Project for the year ended December 31, 2024 and believes that there are no such positions as of December 31, 2024. Accordingly, no liability has been accrued.
