Once the draft is received, Heros Finance Committee reviews and approves it and then sends it our Board Members who individually review the 990. At the next Board Meeting we vote on its approval if there are no questions or concerns

Each year we send out Heros Conflict of Interest Policy and Board Members are asked to review it, sign, date it and send it back to the Executive Director.
