Membership is limited to "parents"; defined as birth, adopted, foster, step, legally appointed guardians, whose children attend the school as well as administrators and teachers of ps/is 276. There are no membership fees or dues

Form 990, Page 6, Part VI, Line 7A

The nominating committee consists of 3-5 members to be elected by the membership at the february general meeting. Majority of the members of the committee must come from the general membership. The nominating committee proposes candiates for all officers of the pta and is generally responsible for conducting the election process. Elections are held according to the requirements set forth in the by-laws.

The organization's co-treasurers will review and explain the contents of form 990 to the other members of the board.
