Non-voting members these are academic institutions and nonprofit organizations. They may not vote for board members and may not serve on the board of directors or advisory groups. Otherwise they receive all benefits of arm membership. Affiliate members these are corporations that are not therapeutic, tool, platform, manufacturing, device, or engineering companies. They may not vote for board members and may not serve on the board of directors or advisory groups. Otherwise they receive all benefits of arm membership.”
