Purchase homes to rehabilitate, develop, lease and provide affordable and appropriate housing to low and moderate income persons who may include hadicapped persons, physically and mentally disabled persons, homeless persons, ex-offenders, older adults and other special needs populations. For 2013, one property was rehabilitated and sold to provide housing for individuals. The properties are treated as inventory and cost of goods sold are included on the statement of revenue. Overall, net income from the sale of properties was a loss of 22,564.
