The compensation provided to key employees was determined by the executive committee. The committee reviewed salaries from salary survey publications and comparisons with similar jobs in the private sector for comparable job duties and experience of the employees. Review of the compensation will be performed annually and salaries modified based upon job performance and economic factors.
