Its programming in 2013/2014 included advocating for improvements in rent control regulation and other property rights issues. Its message was delivered through media relations, advertising and government relations activities that informed the 50,000 residents of Hoboken, owners of 12,000 condominium units, 8,000 multi-family rent controlled units, 8,000 public housing units and dozens of elected and appointed officials who regulate rental property activity.--
