“Program Service accomplishments:Si Se puede! Womens cvooperative, we can do it! Inc.Brings together immigrant women to create a women-run, women-owned, eco-friendly housecleaning business. The cooperative is designed to create living wage jobs that will be done in a safe and healthy environment, as well as to provide social supports and educational opportunities ofr our members. We had 65 members as of March 2015, all of whom have completed a probationary training. All of the members, whom a reall immigrants, have an equal voice in decisions regarding policies and operations. In addition, members work together to promote the business and meet bi-weekly for on-going training and support.”
