IRS990/Desc0During the tax year, our organization, Ideal Community Employment Empowerment Services supported 20 adults with developmental disabilitiesthrough comprehensive employment services, including job development, coaching,and placement in competitive, integrated settings. Our efforts were rooted in person-centered planning and a commitment to increasing independence, inclusion, and economic self-sufficiency. Eight individuals participated in paid internships, gaining hands-on experience and building skills aligned with their career goals. Another eight secured permanent employment, earning wages above the state minimum. Job placements spanned a range of industries and roles, reflecting the diverse capabilities of our participants.
