We were recognized for excelling in Connecting and Including, Enthusiasm in Volunteerism, Community & Member Engagement, Organizational Partnerships, and Operational Excellence. Our initiatives align with DEIB values, strategic mission, and ICFs broader goals, making them a well-structured and proactive chapter focused on growth, collaboration, and sustainability.To increase our coaches expertise, we:1.Initiated 3 affiliate partners to support our members.2.Hosted 9 hybrid chapter meetings and 2 virtual meetings.3.Partnered with World Business and Executive Coach Summit (WBECS) to promote a free educational pre-summit program and paid full summit program.4.Received a $500 grant that was used to help us better understand what is important to our own members and what actions we need to take to grow and increase our members' sense (or feeling) of belonging. Data was collected in 6 Listening Circle sessions. Key recommendations include expanding networking opportunities, helping members build diverse business and professional connections, offering varied meeting times and locations, and creating additional volunteer opportunities.5.Continued offering 6 LINC (Learn, Interact, Network, Contribute) Special Interest Group programs: Digital Marketing; MCC Certification; PCC Credential Support; ACC Credential Support; Business Building; and Ready to Retire: Now, Later, Never. We added two more Connection Crew for new members and Internal Coaches and held 68 LNC meetings.6.Offered our members 24.5 hours of CCEUs (Continuing Coach Education Units).To expand the influence of coaching, we:1.Celebrated with 2 of our ICF-accredited chapter members who were awarded Honorable Mention for "leading and innovating coaching education."2.Revitalized our sponsorship program and welcomed 2 new Chapter Organization Sponsors to further promote coaching.3.Endeavored to grow our membership and invited approximately 400 ICF Global member coaches with an affiliation in North Texas to be our guest at a chapter meeting.4.Gained 84 new members and retained 73% of current members.5.Increased our professional qualifications with 29 members earning new credentials.6.Hosted our 7th annual "Celebrate Coaching" conference with over 99 attendees and 11 sponsors.7.Celebrated International Coaching Week by offering pro bono coaching opportunities to our members and our business community. We also hosted a FREE webinar presentation introducing our Speakers Bureau to 33 business leaders and coaches. The presentation was entitled Coaching: The Organizational Superpower and was designed to help participants understand and appreciate the value of coaching, examine an organizational coaching initiative, and explore the 6 key elements of effective coaching.8.Increased Social Media presence with Linked-In (864 followers), Facebook Group (143 members), Instagram (202 followers), and X. Also, we continued to text members of upcoming programs and events.9.Delivered multiple comprehensive pro-bono programs with team, group, andindividual coaching with a total of 135 hours.To connect with other CIF chapters and develop camaraderie, we:1.Collaborated monthly with Texas chapters (Lone Star) and with the Southeast Region (SER) of the International Coaching Federation to support, share and grow.2.Supported the All-Texas Coaches Conference through communication, attending, and volunteering. 3.Hosted virtual lunches for New Member Orientation to welcome coaches, provide basic information about the chapter, and invite them to get involved.
