Form 990 is provided to trustees in a regularly scheduled public meeting as an agenda item.

Part VI, Line 12C

There are no employees in the organization. The organization adopted policies to this question and implemented procedures to monitor and enforce these policies by requiring employees of the City of Oklahoma City to identify and make any conflict of interest known and avoid situations in which a conflict may arise. Compliance with City policy ensures compliance with this organizations policies. Enforcement is provided by City disclosure enforcement procedures.
