“Part II, Line 26 B End of Year, Total Liabilities- The SBA EIDL COVID Loan for $29,900 to keep the nonprofit operating during the COVID-19 pandemic. SBA gave DCFF $1,000 Advance grant then Targeted EIDL Advance $10,000 grant and an additional $4,000 Supplemental Targeted Advance which reduced the COVID loan to $15,000 and DCFF is waiting for another grant from SBA to reduce the liability to zero (0) hopefully in FY2021 or FY2022 fiscal year. Have not received to date, however, the loan amount is in the Founder name Christine Brooks-Cropper, therefore, no liability on the non-profit.”

“Part III, Line 31, Other Program Services and Other Information include $1,210.56 which is a part of WTOP 4-Giving Campaign on radio, online and TV to raise contributions towards the Protect with Purpose COVID-19 cloth masks initiative.”

“Part V, Line 44d- Other Information, DCFF is not an indoor tanning service. No payments. The Activity or Mission for DCFF is, The DC Fashion Foundation accomplishes its mission through educational programs, workforce training initiatives and networking and opportunities for aspiring fashion professionals and entrepreneurs and creatives.”
