Other or change in accounting method Part XII line 1

The organization uses the modified cash basis of accounting, which is a comprehensive basis of accounting other than accounting principles generally accepted in the united states of america, but records property and equipment, debt and includes related depreciation as expenses. Accordingly, revenues are recognized when received rather than earned and expenses are recognized when paid rather than when incurred. Consequently, accounts receivable, amounts due vendors and suppliers and accrued expenses are not included in the financial statements. In addition, the organization does not review property and equipment for impairment whenever events or changes in business circumstances indicate that the carrying amount of an asset may not be fully recoverable.
