Promoting human dignity through civility and respect for conscience. The corporation is organized, and shall be administered and operated to receive, administer, and expend funds for the following charitable and educational purposes, and to support in other ways the following activities within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code:1. To use the worldwide web as a tool to educate and inspire the internet generation to advance the common good in the areas of poverty, freedom of conscience, and educational opportunities;2. To engage in other charitable and educational activity as determined by the board of directors; and3. To engage in any and all lawful activities incidental to the foregoing purposes except as restricted by its articles of incorporation.

“1. This return is amended to remove accrued payroll expenses in prior years in the amount of $181,037 that were never paid. The Board of Directors determined in 2021 that the total accrued payroll expenses of $181,037 would never be paid by the organization. These payroll amounts were never reported on Forms W-2 or W-3 and no payroll reports were filed for these periods. The salary and vacation pay were deemed to have been donated by the officer/director to the organization and were reported on Schedule B, Part I as a payroll contribution in 2017 as amended.2. PPP loan balance is increased by $100 to account for service fee charged on loan, included as an expense in 2020.”
