“Effective September 1, 2021, the organization sold its operations and property and equipment. On December 12, 2022, the Board of Directors adopted a resolution to dissolve Arch Plaza Properties, Inc. and articles of dissolution were filed with the State of Florida on January 3, 2023. As a result, all liabilities and assets were transferred to Hebrew Homes Health Network, Inc. during 2022.”
