“To promote the welfare of the youth and adults involved in youth soccer. Promote good sportsmanship for and from all involved in youth soccer. Encourage an environment of understanding and mutual respect among players, coaches and parents while having fun. Encourage courses of instruction of training for the purposes of increasing the knowledge and efficiency of those in youth soccer without regard to race, color, national origin, religion or sex.”
