The purpose of this organization is to provide opportunities for the interaction with personnel assessment professionals for problem solving. To meet this objective, the following activities are supported: 1) Annual IPAC conference--2016 conference held in Sacramento, CA 2) Two regional conferences held in the Great Lakes region 3) Maintain website with publications, conference presentations, and membership list 4) Maintain listserv for purposes of members and non-members communicating and asking questions of other professionals
