Form 990, Page 2, Part III, Line 4A

“Motion sensor lighting was installed outside at both the student union and visitor center. Directions from the back gate/back road to the front gate were printed and posted at the gate as well as distributed to a couple of businesses nearby, in case people get lost. The student union accomodations were rearranged to accommodate more family groups and guests. The july 4th weekend sri somesvara event was the first time the student union was at maximum capacity with guests. A new well was drilled for the student union in july. Mold/mildew prevention protocols have been initiated in the yellow cottage as well as the student union. Outdoor curtains for yagya shala (outside gazebo) damaged from high winds were replaced. Telephone system research is being performed on the visitor center telephone system. Visitor center visitors: approximately 14,000 free lecture attendees in visitor center: 300 total retreat attendees: approximately 118 class attendees in visitor center: 45 temple attendees: approximately 17,000 course attendees spending night in student union: approximately 282 families ashram members: 12”

GRASS WAS BLOWN IN NEAR THE CREEK. DIRECTIONS FROM THE BACK GATE/BACK ROAD TO THE FRONT GATE WERE PRINTED AND POSTED AT THE GATE AS WELL AS DISTRIBUTED TO A COUPLE OF BUSINESSES NEARBY, IN CASE PEOPLE GET LOST. THE STUDENT UNION ACCOMODATIONS WERE REARRANGED TO ACCOMMODATE MORE FAMILY GROUPS AND GUESTS. THE JULY 4TH WEEKEND SRI SOMESVARA EVENT WAS THE FIRST TIME THE STUDENT UNION WAS AT MAXIMUM CAPACITY WITH GUESTS. A NEW WELL WAS DRILLED FOR THE STUDENT UNION IN JULY. MOLD/MILDEW PREVENTION PROTOCOLS HAVE BEEN INITIATED IN THE YELLOW COTTAGE AS WELL AS THE STUDENT UNION. OUTDOOR CURTAINS FOR YAGYA SHALA (OUTSIDE GAZEBO) DAMAGED FROM HIGH WINDS WERE REPLACED. TELEPHONE SYSTEM RESEARCH IS BEING PERFORMED ON THE VISITOR CENTER TELEPHONE SYSTEM. VISITOR CENTER VISITORS: APPROXIMATELY 14,000 FREE LECTURE ATTENDEES IN VISITOR CENTER: 300 TOTAL RETREAT ATTENDEES: APPROXIMATELY 118 CLASS ATTENDEES IN VISITOR CENTER: 45 TEMPLE ATTENDEES: APPROXIMATELY 17,000 COURSE ATTENDEES SPENDING NIGHT IN STUDENT UNION: APPROXIMATELY 282 FAMILIES ASHRAM MEMBERS: 12
