| 2024 - 2025 has been an extremely productive year despite the lack of funding. The anticipated property for building under-went changes and was no longer available to Petras Arts, Inc necessitating a relocation to another part of the state where the required acreage could be found. Internally, the year has been spent refining the minutia of executive, faculty, staff, and operations finding answers and solutions to the multiplicity of details that inevitable emerge once a project hits the ground running. It has been an amazing year of exploration and resolution. To date, this project has been entirely self funded by the Founder as will remian so until the project is fully funded advancing into bricks and mortar. | $0 | $0 |

“2024-2025 years filing is different in it's liabilities as a debt owing Design West for services rendered in 2009 has become contingent on if and when funding for Petras Arts Inc manifests. Petras Arts didn't initiate the meetings knowing that funding was pending but had every intent on paying the bill regardless. After speaking with the President of Design West as well as the past owner and president of Design west who initiated the meeting as a gesture of good faith in the funding materializing, the 2009 contingency, though unknown to me, was explained. As of this filing possible funding has yet to be clarified.”
