“[Officer Roles and Term Limits] - Members-at-large may serve an unlimited number of terms. Officers (President, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President if applicable) will serve a two year minimum in their position, with the option of one consecutive two year renewal. These officer terms apply specifically to consecutive terms in the same officer position. This applies to all officer positions with one exception; The Board may vote to extend the term of the Treasurer as they see fit. Both the President and the Treasurer will remain as a member-at-large for one year after their term of officership expires. [Treasurer Duties] - Expenditures greater than or equal to one thousand dollars will require two signatures. In the instance of digital payment, double email confirmation will be used. Non-budgeted expenditures less than one thousand dollars are at the treasurer's discretion. - Added language that the Treasurer must perform "any other duties assigned by the Board, including full compliance with requirements set forth by the Internal Revenue Service." [Artistic Director Duties] - The Artistic Director shall serve as an ex-officio, non-voting member of the Board.
