The return is reviewed at the finance committee meeting and then emailed to all current board members for their review and approval. All questions are referred to the treasurer and fully answered before a vote for approval is received.

Form 990, Page 6, Part VI, Line 12C

In january of each year every board member is required to complete a conflict of interest statement. These are reviewed by the executive committee and maintained in the organization's offices. The board votes on any potential conflict of services needed before services are performed by a board member with specific expertise. Fees or other payments are reviewed for arms length expense comparison before services are approved.

The executive committee researched comparable salaries for theatre directors across the nation and specifically pennsylvania. Non profit theatres of the same size and programming were reviewed. Annual increases or bonuses are approved based on performance and budgetary constraints.
