| IRS990/Desc | 0 | More faculty means more training. God grew our faculty to 70 with 1 retired and adding 13 more gifted teachers. At this point, the 2026 target of 100 faculty seems reasonable.The faculty leadership team has continued to meet quarterly and are helping to address some of the challenges that come along with this growth in work force.Our faculty led 335 training events in 2024. They continued to be in person and via ZOOM. Faculty did travel to Malawi, Sierra Leone, Bolivia, Honduras, Liberia, Kenya, Tanzania, India, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Burundi, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Belize, Guatemala, Ecuador, Argentina, Mauritania, Mali, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Cote d'Ivoire, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Zambia, Pakistan, Nepal, Myanmar,Uganda and Thailand this year. Additionally, our national trainers held over 9,500 training events. The Annual fund has helped mobilize about 2,400 of them. We added new partners in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Our Global Scholarship fund awarded 30 scholarships totaling $25,481.We still utilized ZOOM training and had our most fruitful year to date. We also traveled into 24 countries and started work in Ethiopia and Ecuador. We led a total of 9,835 training events events with 9,500 of them being taught by our national trainers. The Annual Fund helped 2,400 of these events. |
