Documentation of the decision is the executive director's written employment offer. Compensation of other employees of the organization is delegated by the board to the executive director, who determines compensation using the guidance of the mountain states employers' council compensation reports. Compensation of the executive director and other employees is reviewed annually using the process described. The finance committee conducts a review of the executive director's performance for the year. This review weighs internal performance metrics: organization revenue goal, internal leadership feedback, and program results. Based on this review the finance committee recommends a percentage up to 10% of the executive director's salary be paid as a bonus. The bonus is then approved by the board.”

THIS REVIEW WEIGHS INTERNAL PERFORMANCE METRICS: ORGANIZATION REVENUE GOAL, INTERNAL LEADERSHIP FEEDBACK, AND PROGRAM RESULTS. BASED ON THIS REVIEW THE FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS A PERCENTAGE UP TO 10% OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S SALARY BE PAID AS A BONUS. THE BONUS IS THEN APPROVED BY THE BOARD. |
