Exists to assist the sioux rapids fire department in the execution and performance of the responsibilities needed for the citizens and/or organizations of sioux rapids and surrounding rural vicinity with regard to the study and advancement of the science of fire prevention, protection and suppression, and general emergency response. This is accomplished through conducting civic and social services and charitable and fundraising activities. This supports the community and the sioux rapids fire department.”
