The implementation of this standard had no impact on the financial statements. The Authority evaluates its status as an exempt organization annually to determine any potential risks. As of December 31, 2010, no provision has been made for tax concerns. The Authority will recognize future accrued interest and penalties related to unrecognized tax benefits in income tax expense if incurred. The Authority is no longer subject to Federal and state tax examinations by tax authorities for years before 2004.
