“Airc offers a range of membership categories for educational institutions, recruitment agencies, pathway programs, agencies and affiliated organizations:institutional membership: voting membership category reserved for us accredited post-secondary institutions. Benefits include the opportunity to elect or serve on the airc board of directors, to serve as an external reviewer of applicant agencies, participation on the certification board and on airc committees and access to training and resourcespathway program membership: voting membership category open to organizations providing or organizing credit bearing post-secondary academic pathway programs for international students through contractual arrangements with u.s. Accredited institutions. Eligible organizations may only use agent networks for recruitment into their own programs, and to those of their pathway partners following a student's successful completion of a pathway program. Pathway program members have the same member benefits as institutional members.agency membership: voting membership category for recruitment agencies which have successfully achieved airc certification. Benefits of agency membership include recognition of achieving high standards and a commitment to professionalism, increased level of trust with u.s. Institutional partners, opportunity to serve on the airc board of directors, participate on airc committees, attendance at annual conference and access to training and resourcesaffiliate institutional membership: non voting category for u.s. Accredited secondary schools or secondary or post secondary institutions based outside the u.s. Which have been reviewed by a recognized national or international quality assurance system.”

“Members of the executive committee receive a copy of the form 990 to review, and are free to ask questions and make comments or suggestions for changes if desired.”

“Officers and board members complete a brief questionnaire each year that includes acknowledgment of the conflict of interest policy and disclosure of any such conflicts.”
