“Soar program is implemented in schools for different purposes. 1) provide students with an opportunity to continue a quality educational experieinceafter being refered from their base school. 2) focuses on improving emotional and social behavior 3) specially designed for students with aspergr's syndrome, anxiety disorders and related diagnoses to assist them in their transition to college or the working world. 4) supports students in becoming confident contributing members of society 5) designed for students in grades six through 8 who are over middle school age due to retention, truancy or other causes.”
