This is an important source of compensation information used exclusively by chief executive officers (ceos) and other association executives, association human resources departments, compensation committees and other leadership groups, and personnel and benefits consultants." the study documents executive salary based on several criteria, among them size of the organization and annual budget. However, there was no formal contemporaneous substantiation of the deliberation and decision.”
