“In the summer of 2014, the internal TCSA Policy Team, made up of the General Counsel, Director of Finance, Director of Administrative Operations, and Office Manager, conducted a review of staff salaries using two external salary comparison surveys to determine wage ranges of all staff for adequacy. The Policy Team determined that TCSA salaries are at par with similar associations in the non-profit sector.”
