Mcip coaches firms to increase their profitability and net worth by improving their business management systems. Our program values are equity, reduction of barriers, education, increased capacity and return on investment for our clients and partners.

MCIP provided multiple trainings to public agencies in the Portland region to increase the utilization of DBE/MBE contractors. Utilizing its best practices guide, MCIP continued its work to eliminate barriers for DBE/MBE contractors in public agency construction procurements. Through intensive training and mentoring, MCIP connected DBE/MBE contractors to large projects in the Portland region.--
