| While the PLAN Organization hiatused during the summer of 2023, the Board of Directors engaged the Jeweld Legacy Group (JLG) to conduct a comprehensive assessment of Bay Area PLAN as an overall organization, exploring and identifying it's strengths as well as areas where challenges hindered it's ability to operate to its full capacity. In collaboration with JLG, the PLAN Board helped set the tone and expectations for the thorough assessment process that included A) Conducting a desk review of policies and procedures from HR, Finance, Contracts, Programs, Operations, Mission, Vision, and PLANs latest Theory of Change; B) Engaging with the following PLAN Stateholders: Leadership, Board, former staff, clients/consumers, funders, as well as partner agencies; and afterwards C) Prepare a summary report for the PLAN Board to share reflections about the inquiry process to assist the Board in developing actionable priorities based on key findings. The full completion of this process and initial actions on the preliminary findings continued the Fall and early December of 2023. | - | $83,840 |
