Future Link's two-phase program begins with career exploration and education planning followed by comprehensive, personalized support including mentoring, career coaching, paid internships, tutoring, scholarships and ongoing professional workshops, structured to empower participants to achieve their education and career goals. Dedicated mentors, employers and donors sustain our work by investing in local youth.

To close the opportunity divide by providing first-generation-to-college young adults in Montgomery County (ages 18-25) with the professional development, resources, and individual support needed to pursue higher education or career-based training and enter the workforce, achieving lasting self-sufficiency.
