Partners for Progress Delta, Inc., (PPD), an educational consortium in Delta Junction, Alaska, serves as a gateway for learning and training to help build and maintain Alaska's workforce.

“The Dean of the University of Alaska Fairbanks Community and Technical College (UAF CTC) is a member of the board. This entity is a founding partner of the organization and the organization contracts with UAF CTC to provide education programs and related services.The Superintendent of the Delta/Greely School District (DGSD) is a member of the board. The Delta/Greely School District was a founding partner of the organization. DGSD owns the building which the organization uses for delivery of its education and training programs and activities. The organization has an agreement with DGSD to share operational costs (50%) of the facility.Board member Jon Dufendach s son is one of the owners of Delta Industrial Services/Rentals and the organization contracts with this company for the rental of heavy equipment for use of the equipment during our annual June Academy.”
