Supplemental Information Regarding Governance Policies:

The organization has adopted a Conflict of Interest Policy, which each member of the Board of Directors is required to review and sign. In addition, the organization maintains a Record Retention and Destruction Policy to ensure appropriate handling of documents and compliance with legal requirements. A Whistleblower Policy has also been adopted to provide a process for reporting concerns and protecting individuals who report misconduct in good faith.
