Mission

Our mission is to provide affordable data and/or voice communications services to low income and rural persons and entities. With the purpose of effectuating public universal service objectives, we also strive to provide affordable services to education and healthcare organizations. Finally, we provide leadership in the field of affordable communications as well as work with other mission-driven and service organizations.

Our primary mission is to provide voice and/or data communications services to low-income or rural persons or entities that may be underserved and/or seeking more affordable services. We also provide services to education and healthcare organizations.
