Board officers and board of directors are required to submit annual statements. 1. Each board officer or board director with governing board delegated powers shall annually sign a statement which affirms such person: a) has received a copy of the conflict of interest policy, b) has read and understands the conflict of interest policy, c) has agreed to comply with the conflict of interest policy, and d) understands appalachian mountain project access is charitable and in order to maintain its federal tax exemption must engage primarily in activities which accomplish one or more of its tax-exempt purposes. 2. Each voting officer or director of the board shall annually sign a statement which declares whether such person is an interested person. 3. If at any time during the year, the information in the annual statement changes materially, the officer or director shall disclose such changes and revise the annual disclosure form. 4. The executive committee shall regularly and consistently monitor and enforce compliance with this policy by reviewing annual statements and taking such other actions as are necessary for effective oversight.

Serving a 21-county region in northeast tennessee and southwest virginia. The initiative is supported by 809 participating medical providers and a robust network that includes hospitals, community clinics, healthcare centers, physician's offices, and specialty care providers. In-kind donations from our network are vital to the success of project access. Though not reportable as income or expense for non-profit tax reporting purposes, these donations have contributed significantly to the program's impact, enabling the delivery of medical services valued at approximately 28,460,131.00
